There's a sticker on the frame that looks like a Colorado license plate that says "CRITERIUM" which is the name of the bike shop I purchased it from. It's completely stock - less than two months since I bought it - no custom parts, etc. It's just a beautiful flat black mountain bike that I was just getting to know before it was stolen :(
