Distinguishing features
The bike stem is not well screwed and moving up and down a little bit. Their is a problem with the seat, it moves left and right not matter how hard you screw it. I just add a patch on the front wheel tube.

Description of incident
It happened when I was eating in the restaurant. My bike was locked to a lamp post in front of the restaurant. I stayed in the restaurant for around 1h and my bike was missing and the lock was cut and left on the lamp post. It was around 9.30pm.
