Only a few of this particular model were made by this company. I'm almost positive no one besides me would have this bike around. There aren't any clear manufacturer stickers on the bike so you can't see that it's a "state bicycle" that easily. The stem on the handlebars is flipped so that should be easily recognizable as well.

The bike was left in a gated driveway next to my home. It was stolen by someone who hopped over a community garden fence that connects to our driveway.
