someone entered through security gate, went into my carport and cut the cable. I didn't report it to the SPD because it was extremely hard to get though to the non-emergency line and when I did, they said it was considered a burglary and needed to send a cop out but I was at work. They left a message saying to call the non-emergency number to try again and I wasn't able to get through so I gave up.
