Description of incident
It was just gone after I came out of the frys grocery store with food for dinner.

Derailleur
Front derailleur torn off due to shifter locking up.chain is loose and falls off if you don't keep pedaling. Rear gears do not coast and drag chain off of front sprocket. Gear shifts on handlebars were orig giant e/q. This bikes gonna need a lot of work. Front gear cable wraped around handlebars.
