Description of incident
Happened right out side my apartment.(See Photo) Bike that was stolen looks exactly like the posted picture except it has AVID brakes instead of stock. A black crank arm. and seat is very warn. It also should still have the Ulock attached if they haven't removed it yet.

- Other Avid disk brakes red and silver. Not stock for that model. ()
- Other Black on one side. has been replaced.
