stolen Gitane

His road bike that he has had for over 40 years was stolen from his porch today (on S Garden Way)! He is devastated! We kids grew up knowing that he wanted to be buried with it - it's that important! He has ridden it all over - even riding it from San Francisco to Eugene and then deciding to stay! Please help! Here are some specifics that I know: big frame for a tall person 18 speed has handlebar shifters and black tape metallic blue Gitane - from the 70's has toe clips If you know how to help, please email. Any advice is welcome. A police report was filed. Where do they go? What can we do?
