Taken at 10 am from the bike racks in front of the library of the MSOE campus. There is a video of the guy taking it, the police and MSOE public safety have a copy. White male late 40's, light colored hair, pink/red and white flannel shirt, black pants, his cloths were tattered, holding what looked like a starbucks to go cup. ***this bike most notably has a new black disk brake and fork with original rear cantilever brakes.
