Most identifying mark is the TWO black metal folding baskets attached to the rear rack. It also had a kickstand and bell. And the removing clip for the seat had been replaced by a permanent band so the seat was not easily removed from the bike.
Maybe forgot to lock it to the rack outside the apartment building (although having one stolen just three weeks ago, I have been very careful, so I do think I did lock it. Most important identification is TWO black folding metal baskets attached to the rear rack.
