Suspect is white male, tall, skinny, oversized army green jacket. In 20's, looks strung out on meth. Bike was put outside right before leaving in the morning. Went inside to grab my bag. Thief we believe was hiding in wife's car. We found him down the street and recovered 8 stolen bicycles, but he took off on mine unfortunately.
