Trailer was locked up outside of Beach Elementary School. One U-lock was attached to one wheel of the trailer and to a staple rack. We used a cable to connect the U-lock to the frame of the bike and to the other wheel. The thief cut the cable and took everything except the one wheel that was connected via u-lock.
