Battery operated with key to chamber. Has capability of going 30mph. Road-tested. I still have key in hand so computer on right handlebar cannot be turned on as chamber cannot be opened. Has damage to right brake handle (snapped in half), but brake itself works perfect. The pictures I have uploaded are stock photos, but are my bike's style exactly.**
