My maroon Rincon bike was stolen around 7:30 at the bike racks at the Cowles Center. It has a grey rack on the back with an orange flag tied on. The back brakes are pretty much worn out. It has a mountain bike frame with hybrid tires and black handle bars. Please, if anyone has seen it, let me (and/or the police) know!
