stolen Mongoose custom

The bike has two different kinds of tires, though they're both the same size. There is also a brand new white light under the handle bars and a new red light under the seat, facing backwards. The seat is very torn up and mostly yellow. once the front gears are switched down, it is very difficult to bring them back up without tightening certain screws. the rear brakes don't work because i loosened the wire because the tire was warped, causing it to rub on the brakes during normal riding.
