Description of incident

Had my E-bike stolen on Tuesday Sept.25th, sometime between 10AM to 2PM, from front of building 192 Spadina Ave., Downtown Toronto. it was attached to City installed bike racks on the street in front of building, with the child carrier attache to it, the carrier was left on site. It's a large frame black color Urban Cruizer (name in Orange color). At the time it had front brown woven basket with contents, small zipper pouch under handle bar as well as cup holder, Two sided Pannier (Dark blue with leatherette strap) on the rear rack, but it might have been removed by now to not be very distinctively identified.
