Distinguishing features
White Scott racing bike (contessa speedster 45). When stolen had plastic mudguards attached, one of which had broken and was fastened with red tape. There is a mount for the D-lock on the frame too. The handlebars are black.

Description of incident
Bike stolen from locked bike shed in residential area. Thieves dismantled the metal bike rack and took bike, helmet and lock with them.
