Description of incident

On Sunday, 0/0/18 at approx 7:30pm, I parked and locked my bike, (1970s Schwinn Varsity, red/orange color, tan "cork" handlebar tape, black flower reflector stickers on frame, "Working Bikes Chicago" sticker on frame near pedals, relatively new tires, black rear rack with silver mental locker style basket zip tied to rack) at the permanent bike racks on NE 24th Ave & Glisan, in front of the outside seating for the 24th and Meatballs restaurant, at the rack closest to 24th Ave with my U-Lock. I double checked that the bike was locked as I do not usually leave my bike outside overnight, and have had this bike for 10 years. My friend picked me up to go to a different restaurant. On 9/10/18 at 8:30am I went to the intersection to pick up my bike to go to work and the entire bike and lock were gone. The bike pictured is an old picture, the bike currently has black tires.
