Description of incident
Electric Trike with white plastic shell(coroplast and pvc with white and orange duct tape), 100w solar panel(Mohoo) electric hub motor (MXUS), 72V 500W controller, Cycle Analyst v3, black EM3EV battery. Missing chain, recently stripped freewheel threads and removed chain. Mismatched 20" rims and tires (shinko sr714 rear tire with Alex DX32 rim, new cr18 black rim and spokes front right, four missing spokes on left stock silver)
