Description of incident
My bike was locked with a U-lock and cable next to my partner's bike in the secure parking garage in our apartment building. After a weekend away, I checked the garage, and my bike and U-lock were gone, along with the front wheel of my partner's bike. My cable lock was cut and left on the ground. Our building has security cameras, but the property manager did not provide assistance after reporting the incident.
