Description of incident
Custom-painted purple Giant STP Dirt Jumper with spank wheels and manitou fork. Tall black man, red shirt, white pants and head wrap, tan shoes with white walls, walked into shop refused to acknowledge counter person, took bike off of rack and rode off on bike, headed East on NE Russell.
