Distinguishing features

Bike was assembled from used parts at a local bike shop (bicas). I've owned it since Dec 2013. Drop handlebars had white tape and black/blue crochet covers on them. Stem shifters. Seat black with checker pattern. It had a double wire basket installed on back, with crochet squares covering a few holes.
