Was stolen from indoor lobby of East Side Creative Spaces. As I was leaving, heading north on Grand, I saw a guy, mid-20s riding my bike. He had a medium gray hoodie, a dark backpack, and jeans. I tried to follow him, but he dodged up a one way street.
