Distinguishing features
All black Specialized Allez. Black handlebar tape. Two water bottle holders (silver) inside frame, and toe cages on the pedals. Size XS, so should be recognizable by size. There is a red NorCal Bike Sport sticker inside the main post.

Description of incident
Bike was taken around 1:00pm, during 2nd half of World Cup game b/w Croatia and England. Bike would have been taken quickly and discreetly, just across the street from Toad in the Hole Pub in Santa Rosa.
