stolen Unknown cruiser one speed

Locked with a cable lock on the bike rack at the parking garage at University Medical Center Canal St. New Orleans. The bike is a one speed white cruiser with red rims and coaster brakes. There is a rack on the back and has a strange looking fender in the front. It was stolen between 9:45 am and 12:15 pm 7/9/2018
