Description of incident: I was inside Dunkin Donuts. The thief walked up with their bike which had flats dropped his bike (which was also a stolen bike), jumped on mine and rode off. Video shows it was a black young male teen to early twenties. Police were called.

Basket: Black rubber coated extra large rear basket that quick clips on and off.
