Description of incident
Black cruiser bike with milk crate on back, stolen accross the street from Muriel's restaurant near the corner of Jackson Square, in broad daylight, with three cop cars sitting around the corner 50 ft away. There were two bikes lassoed together and they cut the lasso and took my bike, and left the other, This happened about 30 minutes from when we checked on them.
