Description of incident
Stopped by the Phoenix Bar about 10:30 pm, was having an argument with my partner and didnt notice my bike being taken from behind my back. Two white men in their late 20s early 30s were sitting across the street near the empty units by Roberts, they became very agressive when i tried looking near them.
