Description of incident
Bike was locked with kryptonite lock to a chain-link fence, at the back of a commercial property (down a very long driveway). Thief cut the fence. The lock (orange and black kryptonite) may still be attached to frame. Wheels were locked on (quick release with a key; I have the key to quick release).
