The Moots road bike was locked to the bike rack in the parking lot of the New Orleans Athletic Club. A Kevlar bike lock secured it to the rack, but apparently the thieves had the equipment to cut the lock. The theft occurred on June 4 sometime between 2:15 and 4:45 p.m.
