Distinguishing features

An electric bike (or "ebike") which doesn't need registration, license, or insurance (but be sure to register it everywhere you can!). And, at under 500 watts power, it doesn't classify as a motorized vehicle ... at least here in California. :-) The best news of all is that, if someone decides to steal it, they'll be charged with a FELONY since it classifies as grand theft!
