Distinguishing features
Frame has several paint chips and scratches, esp. on top tube, brazons for rack mounts are slightly rusted, there is a patch of significant topcoat wear on the frame just below the seat post from a seat post chain-lock, rear cassette has 11-32 or 11-34 gear ratio, front and rear brakes are aftermarket mini-v brakes, front fork may show evidence of rack mount rings at mid-length on topcoat (assuming thief removed the front rack), had crank-bros candy 2 pedals and tubus tara racks when stolen. Has bar-plug light on left side only, adjustable stem, and shock-absorbing seat post. Had Terry gel saddle when stolen.

Description of incident
Bike was locked to wooden post that was then pulled out of the ground in order for bike to be removed, lock and all. Car adjacent to bike was broken into and ortleib panniers containing lights, clothing and saddlebag was stolen.
