Description of incident
Stolen at approximately 4:50 pm from in front of Rose City Gymnastics. Suspect is mid-thirties, heavy set man wearing brown coat, jeans and mesh-back hat. At time of theft bike had Bobike mini seat on front, Yuba ring with green handlebar tape, bamboo deck with soft spot cushion, grey Yuba bag and blue Ikea bag.
