Bike locked in basement of apartment building. Left at 4:35pm on 5/5/2018 returned at 5:45pm on 5/5/2018. Neighbor saw theif ride away with bike at 4:45 westbound through alley. Doors to building were closed and locked at 4:35pm. Bike has 29inch wheels and a front flat tire at time of theft.
