Distinguishing features
There is a black rack on the back which had a blue bungee cord. The handlebars have black grip tape but on the left side the grip tape had unravelled a bit and so the end is taped with black electrical tape instead. Front reflector below handlebars is crooked. It makes a squeaking sound when ridden.

Description of incident
Bike was locked to a rack in a plaza at 5:40 on April 20, 2018. It was connected to one other men's bike. When we returned at 7:20 both bikes were gone.
