Description of incident
Bike was stolen from a locked courtyard after midnight on the 16th. One person climbed the fence, took the bike, threw it over the fence to the second person, and took off. The bike also has chrome fenders, a brooks seat, and a wire basket with wooden bottom centered over the back wheel.
