Bicycle was inside a car rental vehicle in the parking garage of Marina41 apartments. thief broke the window and removed the bicycle and was seen the next morning near Venice and washington riding the bike. White male in black non cycling clothing. Ignition Wheelset. Both brands are not sold in stores and not sold in California so its easy to spoit.
