Description of incident
Black fixed-gear Retrospec Mantra bike stolen from the corner of Carondelet and Saint Joseph on Friday 3/16/2018 sometime between 4p-1:10a. It was locked to a metal parking sign on Carondelet with a black/yellow OnGuard u-lock.
