Description of incident
Man walked the bike out of the south entrance off 180 St Se at NE 20 Dr and into Bartells shopping center. He saw me watching him as he walked through looking around as if watching for someone to notice his suspicious behavior. He then casually propped the bike against the planter in an empty parking spot and walked away in the opposite (south) direction.
