Description of incident
Theft occurred Sunday, 2/11/2018 @ around 1-1:15pm outside of the Old Navy on the corner of Market & 4th street. Bike was locked in cable wrapped around the large, green pole thats holding up the "Market Street" sign, or the traffic light for the intersection.
