Distinguishing features
This is a Giant Rove 2 (2015) with disc brakes. The disc brakes were actually in need of repair right before the bike got stolen, so popping the front wheel in an out of the disc brake should be difficult and the wheel won’t spin freely. The bike has a very distinct pink and white pattern on a black base (see photo). The wheels were also fairly flat right before it was stolen.

Description of incident
Bike was stolen from an underground gated parking garage. The bike was attached to a pipe, so to steal it the pipe was ripped off the wall.
