Description of incident

Went to the cinema at Paseo Nuevo. Locked the bike on a bike rack on State Street (corner W Ortega) at around 9:30pm on June 24th 2014. Went to the cinema and when got out at around 11:30pm and went to pick up the bike, both the bike and the lock were gone.
