Has all default components except for handlebar stem, which was exchanged with adjustable Performance brand handlebar stem at time of purchase in April 2016. Had been taken in for maintenance twice before. A little dirt still on the gears and lower frame. Handlebar grips may have white flecks on them. Missing front reflector with attachment ring still on right handlebar.

Occurred at some point between 9 AM - 12:30 PM. A nearby eye witness saw the culprit riding off with the bike, heading east/southeast along Fenton Street. They may have also been accompanied by an accomplice who had a bike as well.
