Distinguishing features

I purchased it new from Gregg's Greenlake Cycle. Silver SKS fenders. Blue cloth bar tape. Well worn! Schwinn saddle is missing a support spring, chain ring guard is removed, tires barely hold air, but it rides. Second character of serial number is missing its lower part so it's hard to tell if it's an E or an F, but Schwinn serial codes only show "JE" was used.
