Description of incident
My 2011 green Novara Randonee was stolen by an unknown person with a vehicle while leaning unattended on a fence North of the 21st Ave overpass. On the bike, in a yellow Detours pannier, was a 15in Macbook Pro (SN: C02N10F7G3QD), my work laptop. On an exploratory impulse, I had leaned the bike and popped down a trail to see what was under the overpass. Almost immediately, I heard a vehicle door slam and realized my bike was being stolen. I rushed back up but the vehicle was gone, having pulled a U-turn and headed North on 21st. I believe the thief watched me from a distance and swooped in as soon as I was out of sight. The bike has a Brookes B17 saddle and leather grip tape that is coming unstitched a bit on the left. It has a black rack and light blue translucent pedals.
