Cable lock was cut, bike taken from bike rack outside front door of Fred Fox School of Music, Univ of Arizona. Tucson. Yellow color bike has 20-in wheels, extended frame to carry a passenger on rear deck with small handle bar on the seat post. Also had oversized blue color panniers.
