Description of incident
U-Lock was used to lock front wheel to the shock to prevent it from being ridden, cable was used to lock bike to rack. Whoever stole it will have to saw off the U-Lock on the front tire/shock, so maybe look for evidence of struggle with that. The police report number is a temporary case number for now, will be updated at once.
