Distinguishing features
This is a Raliegh sc 200 bike, I am not sure what the serial number is. It has a bike rack on the back and a phone holder up on the handle bars. It also has a silver water bottle holder beneath the seat. It is an 8-speed bike made sometime between 1998-2005 (I bought it from a friend so I'm not sure which year) It is blue and silver, with the Raliegh logo on the front.

Description of incident
I stored my bike inside my apartment complex unlocked (as many people do in my apartment), and it went missing. I had bungee cords to tie my backpack to it and they were lying on the ground.
