This bike belongs to RideTHISbike. At the time of the theft, it was locked to the wrought iron fence for the school on St Phillip St (just behind the French Quarter Postal Emporium). The bike has a mount on the handlebars for a basket, a rear rack and metal fenders. It is a 7 speed with hand brakes
