Description of incident
Locked bike to single bike rack outside of Fremont Brewing Co. at 10pm on 12/3/14 and left the premises for the evening. Returned at 12:30 on 12/4/14 to 2 cones in the place where bike was locked to bike rack. Entered Fremont Brewing Co. and asked if the bike rack was moved because my bicycle was locked to it overnight. Employee informed me that the rack had been stolen, extracted from the cement it was drilled into. I left my contact information with employee
