stolen 2017 Specialized CT COMP DISC WHT/BLK

I locked my bike to a fixed city rack on a thick cable lock outside the KEXP/La Marzocco cafe on 7/15 at 5:15. When I returned 4 hours later, the bike, helmet and lock were all gone. There was no evidence of how the bike was stolen. The bike is white with red & black details.The bike is a Specialized CT COMP DISC WHT/BLK/RED XL (I'm not 100% certain on the wheel size but it is about 26") with serial #WSBC602339953H. The bike was stolen with a TOPEAK Defender Fender M2 (after- market wide black rain guard to the back wheel with a yellow detail).
